Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply when you use the LINJING website, WhatsApp, email, or other official channels to inquire about, purchase, or request vehicle export-related services. By submitting an inquiry or continuing communication, you acknowledge the following transaction principles.

This page explains LINJING's general service rules and is not legal, tax, or import compliance advice for any jurisdiction. A specific order is governed by the contract, proforma invoice, payment records, inspection files, and logistics documents confirmed by both parties.

Service Scope

  • LINJING may provide vehicle sourcing, quote communication, vehicle information checks, photos or videos, export document assistance, customs coordination, port handover, and international logistics follow-up.
  • The service scope may be adjusted based on vehicle location, export policy, destination requirements, buyer budget, carrier conditions, and delivery terms confirmed by both parties.
  • Vehicles, prices, images, specifications, and delivery timing shown on the website are for reference only. Final information depends on real-time stock, inspection results, and written confirmation.

Inquiry, Quote, and Order Confirmation

  • The buyer should provide true and complete sourcing requirements, including target model, trim, quantity, destination, budget, payment preference, and timing.
  • A quote may include vehicle price, service fees, export-side charges, logistics reference costs, or other notes. Taxes, destination charges, customs clearance fees, certification fees, storage fees, and local registration costs not expressly included are usually borne by the buyer.
  • Vehicle price, stock status, and sailing schedule may change. An order enters execution only after both parties confirm the vehicle, payment milestones, delivery terms, and required files.

Payment and Fund Safety

  • Receiving account, currency, amount, fees, payment milestones, and arrival requirements should follow the contract, proforma invoice, or official confirmation.
  • The buyer should pay only to receiving information officially confirmed by LINJING and provide verifiable proof after payment. Payments to unofficial or personal accounts may create fund risk.
  • If delays arise from banks, payment institutions, exchange rates, sanctions screening, AML review, or cross-border compliance requirements, both parties should provide reasonable supporting information.

Inspection and Delivery

  • Inspection, photos, videos, and configuration checks help the buyer understand vehicle condition, but used vehicles may still have normal use marks, minor wear, or condition changes over time.
  • If third-party inspection, custom checklist items, lift inspection, or additional preparation is required, it should be requested before order confirmation, with cost, timing, and standards agreed.
  • Delivery method, risk transfer time, and responsibility boundaries are based on confirmed trade terms, handover records, transport documents, and the contract.

Cancellation, Refunds, and Changes

  • Whether deposits, lock payments, service fees, and incurred inspection, transport, customs, or storage fees are refundable depends on order confirmation files or contract terms.
  • If order changes result from buyer information changes, payment delays, destination policy changes, or clearance requirement changes, the buyer should bear reasonable costs and timing impact.
  • If a vehicle can no longer proceed, both parties should resolve the matter based on incurred costs, responsibility, and available alternatives.

Buyer Responsibilities

  • The buyer is responsible for confirming destination import eligibility, emission standards, age limits, certification, taxes, customs clearance, local registration, and final use restrictions.
  • The buyer should ensure identity, company, consignee, destination port, clearance agent, and payment information are true and valid, and should bear delays or costs caused by incorrect information.
  • The buyer must not use the service for fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, false trade, or any activity that violates applicable laws and regulations.
