Compliance Statement

Cross-border vehicle purchasing involves export-side, transport-side, and destination import-side rules. This statement helps buyers understand LINJING's basic compliance principles and the responsibility boundary between parties.

Destination import eligibility, emission standards, certification, taxes, customs clearance, and registration rules vary significantly. Buyers should confirm importability with a local clearance agent, lawyer, tax adviser, or authority before payment or vehicle lock.

Export-Side Compliance

  • LINJING coordinates contracts, invoices, vehicle information, customs declaration materials, and transport-related documents according to China vehicle export and customs requirements.
  • Different models, energy types, condition, ports, and regulatory policies may affect export routes and document requirements.
  • If policy, port requirements, or carrier conditions change, order timing and routing may need to be adjusted accordingly.

Destination Import Responsibility

  • The buyer is responsible for confirming whether the vehicle meets destination requirements on age, emissions, steering side, certification, modification, taxes, inspection, clearance, and registration.
  • Before shipment, the buyer should confirm consignee, clearance agent, destination port, import permits, and other required files are complete and valid.
  • Risks such as return shipment, demurrage, penalties, storage, or inability to register caused by destination policy, buyer qualification, clearance files, or local agent issues are usually borne by the buyer.

Sanctions, AML, and Trade Safety

  • We do not support transactions involving sanctioned parties, restricted uses, false trade, money laundering, fraud, or other violations of applicable laws and regulations.
  • Where necessary, we may request company information, final consignee, source of funds, use description, or other reasonable compliance materials from the buyer.
  • If a transaction triggers bank, payment institution, carrier, or regulatory review, both parties should cooperate with information requests. Orders that cannot pass review may be suspended or terminated.

Vehicle Information and Inspection Boundary

  • Vehicle parameters, configuration, mileage, images, and inspection information are verified based on available real-time materials, but used vehicle condition may change with time, transport, and preparation.
  • If the buyer has mandatory inspection standards, third-party reports, certification, or destination entry requirements, these must be stated before vehicle lock and payment.
  • Any verbal description, market reference, or website display information not included in the contract or written confirmation should not be treated as a guarantee or commitment.

Documents and Records

  • Buyers should keep contracts, invoices, payment proof, chat confirmations, inspection files, customs files, and transport documents properly.
  • Complete documents and timing records are important for customs, insurance, transport damage, or dispute handling.
  • We will reasonably cooperate with buyers and agents to supplement export-side information that is available.
